Our brain contains a gland called Pituitary Gland, secretes HGH hormone, this hormone playes a very important role in increasing height.
Height also depends on genetics in simple word if your parents are tall then you will have high chances of being tall But if your parents are short there will be high chances of being SHORT as well .
